Please note that we have enhanced our cleaning schdule  :

All hard surfaces, including handles, switches and remotes to be sprayed with anti bacterial spray and left to air dry.

Cleaning materials already supplied, now have disposable gloves and hand sanitiser.

We require a £100.00 security deposit on booking which will be refunded within 2 days of departure if all is well.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival or on booking if less than 30 days. Our cancellation policy is up to 30 days where by your deposit will be refunded in full.

We are happy to negotiate long term bookings.

Full address, directions and key code will be sent  24 hours prior to arrival.

All the above rates are inclusive of any charges.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to contact you regarding your stay or booking enquiry. Data captured on our website is not shared with any third party without your permission and is only kept for as long as is necessary for business purposes.
